For one night only, we’ll be pouring all four of their acclaimed expressions—Joven, Reposado, Añejo, and Blanco—served neat alongside zero-proof sidecars from Beverage Director Cecil Usher that echo each spirit’s nuanced profile. These tequilas will accompany four of the ten courses in our tasting menu, while the remaining dishes will be paired with wines inspired by the rich diversity of Mexico. Unique dishes for this event from Chef Christian Frangiadis will incorporate the tequilas into sauces, marinades, and garnishes, melding the freshest local ingredients from our onsite garden with the vibrant flavors of Mexico.
