EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW

  • Plan for approximately 2.5 to 3 hours total. We begin with welcome bites in the lounge from 6-6:30pm, followed by an approximately 2 hour meal at the tasting counter, ending with a final dessert course and drink back in the lounge.

  • The menu typically includes a series of welcome bites, followed by 7 savory courses and 2 desserts (*please note the menu is continuously evolving, and these numbers may vary).

  • Yes. Beverage pairings are built into the experience and curated to enhance each course. Choose between our “One” pairing (wine, cocktails, and more) or a spirit-free pairing made with the same care and creativity.

  • No—One is a no-decision dining experience. Our team creates one menu nightly, allowing you to relax and trust the journey.

  • The full experience—including the tasting menu and beverage pairings—is $275 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

  • The experience is designed with adults in mind. We are always delighted to welcome younger guests with adventurous palates and who are comfortable sitting for a 2.5 hour tasting experience. We do not offer a children’s menu nor any modifications to the set menu. If you are unsure whether this is the right fit for your family, please reach out before booking. We’re happy to help you make the best decision.

DIETARY ACCOMODATIONS

  • Due to the nature of our set menu, we are not currently able to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or gluten-free diners.

  • We do our best to accommodate allergies and restrictions with advance notice, though due to the nature of our set menu, some limitations may apply. (For example, we are not able to accommodate allium, nightshade, soy, mushroom, or butter allergies.). 

    We request that all dietary restrictions be noted at least 7 days in advance. Please include any dietary needs for your entire party when you make your reservation on OpenTable. RESERVATIONS & POLICIES

  • No. Due to the nature of the experience, reservations are required.

  • We host only 18 guests per night, Thursdays-Sundays, for a single seating at our circular chefs counter, beginning at 6pm.

  • Reservations can be made via OpenTable. Bookings are released 60 days in advance.

  • No-shows or cancellations less than 5 days in advance will be subject to a charge of $75.00 per guest.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Yes, One is available for full buyouts. With only 18 seats gathered around a single Chef’s Table, it’s one of the most intimate private dining venues in the Pittsburgh region.   • There’s no formal dress code—but most guests choose to dress smart-casual or cocktail attire. Wear what makes you feel comfortable and ready for a special evening.

  • We’re located at 5430 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. Parking is available in our lot across the street or free street parking.
