We’re mixing up Monday nights at One by Spork! As we head into winter, we’re replacing our Monday vegetarian series with a rotating lineup of one-night-only experiences—playful, inventive, and always a little unexpected.

Monday, December 8

Experience the synergy between our kitchen, bar and food lab in a cocktail party setting. Six cocktails, seven small plates, a DJ spinning, and the hospitality One by Spork is known for.

Monday, December 15

Join us for a cozy, Alpine-inspired dessert & drink experience for the season’s darkest nights. The evening begins with a savory dessert welcome bite before moving into a cheese and house made bread course, followed by an intermezzo sorbet sampler, and a three-course dessert progression that builds from delicate to decadent. A curated flight of 19 Coffee’s local roasts anchors the experience, complemented by a selection of cocktails and fortified wines throughout.
