1. Use of This Website
This website provides information about One by Spork, including our menu, reservations, private dining, and gift purchases. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
2. Reservations
Reservations are booked through Tock, a third-party platform. All reservation policies — including cancellations, modifications, deposits, and no-show terms — are governed by Tock’s terms of service and the policies displayed at the time of booking. We encourage you to review those terms before completing a reservation.
We make every effort to honor confirmed reservations. In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a seating, we will contact you as soon as possible and work with you to find a resolution.
3. Gift Purchases
Gift purchases are processed through GiftUp, a third-party platform. All gift card terms — including redemption, expiration, and refund eligibility — are governed by GiftUp’s policies and the terms presented at the time of purchase. Gift cards issued through GiftUp cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Menu and Pricing
Menu offerings and pricing reflect our current season and sourcing and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but reserve the right to correct errors at any time.
5. Dietary Restrictions and Allergens
We ask all guests to share dietary restrictions and allergies at the time of booking or in advance of their visit. Our team reviews this information carefully and makes every reasonable effort to accommodate needs within the format of our tasting menu.
We cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free from allergens, including gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, or other common allergens. Our kitchen handles these ingredients regularly. Guests with severe allergies should contact us directly before booking so we can assess whether we are able to accommodate them safely.
6. Private Dining
Private dining and event bookings — available Monday through Wednesday — are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of inquiry. Those terms, including deposit requirements and cancellation conditions, govern each private engagement and take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions where they conflict.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of One by Spork or its respective rights holders and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Links
This site links to third-party platforms including Tock, GiftUp, and social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.
